MY PAST AND CURRENT PROJECTS
The next few projects that are available to be seen down below have all been completed at the Fashion Retail Academy during my two year level 3 fashion retail and business course and upcoming university projects. These are listed from newest to oldest . These projects include skills surrounding visual merchandising , buying , marketing , communications and promotions and many more .
FINAL MAJOR PROJECT - YEAR 2
Fashion Communications with styling
All about starting from scratch , creating your own brand from the styling point of view , buying , merchandising , marketing and communications . I created my own look-book company with the contextual awareness of the mental health issue dissociation , all about how we have started to dissociate from our real style and what we like due to micro trends etc , really focusing on self expression and unique style . One of my favourite projects where I was given my final results of a distinction .
FINAL MAJOR PROJECT - YEAR 1
Fashion Communications with styling
Bringing back the original 70s punk roots into 2022 with a slight twist . This project rounds off all my skills learnt and shines off the best of my research skills and creativity through the creation of my magazine and mini collection . Shows a rebellious and freeing outlook on life after restrictions have ended from Covid19.
B IS FOR BIG DATA - PART 2
Fashion marketing and branding
The aim of this project was to produce a SS22 Capsule collection inspired by the latest trends and justify it by data .For this part of the project i was asked to brand and develop a marketing stratedgy for my retailers target market,using appropriate methods of tradtonal and digital marketing . Such as launch days , website and social media mock ups and packaging mock ups from even the smallest detail of a label.
B IS FOR BIG DATA - PART 1
Buying and merchanding
The overall goal of this part of the project was to investagate into the fashion supply chain , buying and merchandisng process to develop and show skills on how to take a collection from conception to launch . This part focuses more on data and the behind the scenes of a collection .
